- Steak and cheese toast. Reverse smoked seared fillet. Charred provolone. Sourdough baguette.

- Moules frites. PEI mussels. Butter + leek broth. Russet crisps.
- Lamb ribs.Smoked piri piri gravy. Rosemary smashed potatoes. Charred cipollini
